One on One time with Allie
Allie will create a personalized beginner Yoga class and restorative yoga class for you on zoom or in-person . Allie's Yoga is in the middle of Buckhead.
Allie, an experienced Yoga Instructor will create a personalized Beginner yoga class in Hatha yoga or a Restorative Yin Yoga session for you on Zoom or in person in Buckhead, for a 90 minute safe Yoga session.
A two hour restorative yin yoga session will help you heal and restore, using Crystals, aromatherapy, music, healing yoga postures and Reiki. This is a very safe yoga class in Buckhead in your home. It is great when you are in need of healing after a trauma, surgery or in grief. Great gift for a friend.

Allie's Trauma-informed safe yoga provides a gentle approach to the practice that aims to build confidence, establish safety in the body, and lessen trauma response symptoms. Allie is a certified Trauma Informed experienced Yoga Instructor
Reduce Symptoms of PTSD
Trauma exists in the body, and trauma-informed yoga helps clients to release trauma from the body. This is accomplished by heightening their body awareness, learning to tolerate senses, and learning to breathe through it. PTSD and Anxiety decreases.
